San Diego Divorce Lawyer : Paul Staley
Paul doesn’t take this personally, but he doesn’t think a long-term relationship with your San Diego divorce lawyer is always a good thing.
Experience: Starting in 1994 – his second year as an attorney – Paul has focused on family law. He has represented hundreds of parents and couples in divorce, divorce mediation, custody and child support. One of the firm’s “sweet spots” is move-away or relocation cases. Many (if not most) of these cases have been so-called “high conflict” cases. Paul”s goal in his family law practice is to keep things simple for people who chose to work with him.
Paul has represented clients who reside in San Diego and elsewhere in the U.S. and internationally. Paul wants his clients to know he will treat you the way he would want to be treated. He and his staff are going to be honest, straightforward and try very hard to put themselves in your shoes. Paul gets satisfaction from knowing that he makes an often difficult life transition so much easier for each client.
Education: Graduated Law School, Thomas Jefferson School of Law in June, 1993. Took, and passed, the July, 1993 California Bar Exam. Admitted to the bar in both California and Federal Courts in December, 1993.
When he’s not busy fighting the good fight, Paul might be (a) at the movies, even though he is known to cry at them (in his next life he’d like to be a movie critic) (b) playing his piano (ask him about music anytime) or (c) showing off the family dog, King, “the handsomest Husky at the local Siberian Husky Meet-up”, he brags
“I recommend Paul to anyone stuck in a very unpleasant situation. Paul and his staff are always willing help, are nice and caring. He was with me every step of my child custody/child support, I never felt like I was dealing with it alone. I will be sad the day he retires, because I know I have more legal battles in my future and I want Paul at my side.” Yolie Torres
