San Diego Divorce Attorney Experience

PAUL STALEY

Education:
Graduated Law School, Thomas Jefferson School of Law in June, 1993. Took, and passed, the July, 1993 California Bar Exam. Admitted to the bar in both California and Federal Courts in December, 1993.

For the last 15 years Paul has focused on family law,Paul has represented hundreds of parents and couples in divorce, divorce mediation, custody and child support. One of the firm's sweet spots is move aways or relocation cases. Many of these cases have been so-called "high conflict" cases. This effective handling of custody, divorce, mediation and visitation requires a certain finesse and expertise which he has acquired through years of experience, education and training.

Paul has represented clients who reside in San Diego and elsewhere in the U.S. and internationally.Paul wants the clients of his firm to know he will treat you the way he would want to be treated. His firm and staff are going to be honest, straightforward, and try very hard to put ourselves in your shoes. Paul gets satisfaction that he makes life easier for each client.

When he's not at the office or in Court, Paul might be (a) at the movies [in his next life he'd like to be a movie critic] (b) playing his piano or (c) showing off the family dog, King, "the handsomest Husky at the local Siberian Husky Meet-up", he brags.

BETH GILMORE, JD/MSW

Beth could spend a lot of time bragging about her exploits, but she's just not a show-off, as our clients could attest. She graduated from Williamette University with a B.A., magna cum laude. She continued her stellar academic career finishing law school at California Western, receiving her juris doctor, also Magna cum laude. She could talk about her passion for family law, but her actions speak louder than words: it's what spurred her to go on to earn her MSW at San Diego State University, with honors, with an emphasis in Children, Youth and Families.

Beth was admitted to the bar in June, 2007. As a new lawyer, she worked with: Child Protective Services; the Domestic Violence Clinic in East County; and then with San Diego Juvenile Court.

Beginning in October, 2008, she came aboard working for Paul Staley. She has so far found her training and education in earning her MSW especially valuable to the clients.

When Beth finishes solving problems for our clients, she enjoys
traveling, hiking, listening to and playing music. She is a flautist
with the San Diego Concert Band.
